FEES
Semester Fees - Fees cover a full semester of classes (2 school terms).
If you start after a term has commenced, you only pay for the remaining classes. Fees in the portal reflect a full semester. If you would like a quote for fees, please click on the button below to email staff:
NEW TO THE STUDIO
1. Click on the Enrol Now button.
2. Create a family account via our software program.
3. Select the classes you would like to enrol your child or yourself in.
4. Invoices will be issued after the Semester commences. You can check your fees by viewing your account statement.
5. Enrolment is complete once payment is made. Students cannot commence class without payment. Fees can be paid upfront or you can select to go onto a payment plan.
RETURNING FAMILY
If you are a returning family:
1. Click on the Enrol Now button.
2. Login to your account
3. Select the classes you would like for your child or yourself.
4. Proceed through to payment. Enrolment is complete once payment has been processed. Students cannot commence class until fees are paid.
PAYMENT PLAN
1. Fees can be paid via a fortnightly payment plan.
2. Families need to enter their debit/credit card into the portal.

Save for future use.
3. Email admin@rockitpa.com.au by clicking on the button below to inform staff you have entered your card details and we will establish a payment plan for you.
SPORTS VOUCHER
Claim your sports voucher on Rockit fees - $200 discount for students in reception to year 9. Can only be used once in a calendar year.
1. Click on the Sports Voucher logo below to claim your voucher.
2. Fill in the voucher and email a copy to our Book Keeper via the link below.
3. Click on the Enrol Now button and either create a family account, or, if you are a returning family, login to your account.
4. Select the classes you would like to enrol your child or yourself in.
5. Wait for contact from our Book Keeper who will invoice you for the balance of fees.
TRIAL CLASSES
Due to overwhelming demand, we do not offer free trial classes. Instead, families can elect a class and pay for 4 weeks of lessons. This allows students the opportunity to settle in, learn how our classes run and become familiar before they make a decision whether or not to continue. To apply for a trial, email admin@rockitpa.com.au
NDIS PAYMENT
Rockit can provide a receipt of payment for families wishing to claim NDIS fees.
MAKE UP CLASSES
At Rockit Performing Arts, we strive to provide a consistent and enriching experience for all our students. To ensure clarity regarding make-up sessions, we have established the following policy:
1. Missed Classes Due to Illness, Events or Holidays:
Families are advised that if a student misses a class due to family illness, events or holiday commitments, Rockit is unable to offer make-up sessions. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our class schedules and to ensure that all students receive the full benefit of their enrolled classes.
2. Classes Cancelled by Rockit:
In the event that Rockit Performing Arts cancels a class, we will provide options for make-up sessions. Parents will be notified of available dates and times to ensure that students can make up for the missed instruction.
3. Hot Weather Policy
33 degrees Celsius and above - STUDIO CLOSED: All classes and services operating from the studio will be cancelled. Students are permitted to attend make-up classes (within their same age range) on another day. There will be no reimbursement of fees for class cancellations due to heat, as this policy is in place to ensure the safety of everyone, including students, staff, and families.
- 0 to 32 degrees Celsius - Open: Classes and activities will run as normal. Students must bring a bottle of water. On days when the weather is between 29 and 32 degrees, classes will be adapted with less aerobic work to ensure student safety.
This policy aims to prioritize the well-being of all participants during extreme weather conditions.

If you are new to the studio here are a few helpful tips:
UNIFORMS
Students wear a black Rockit t-shirt with plain black leggings, shorts or pants.
T-shirts can be purchased Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm.
Crop tops and booty shorts are not permitted in the studio.
SHOES
Students must wear appropriate dance shoes - ballet (ballet shoes), hip hop (white high top sneakers), lyrical (half soles or bare feet), contemporary (half soles or socks), acro (bare feet), tap (tan tap shoes), heels (black thick heel boots), jazz (black jazz shoes), Pockit Rockits (bare feet).
WHAT TO BRING
Students must bring a bottle of water to each class.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes early to class so you can find our location, secure a car park then come into the foyer to get familiar with the studio. Once you have arrived, please wait in the foyer. At the time your class starts, the teacher will come into the foyer and call you/your child into the studio.
CAN PARENTS STAY?
Parents are more than welcome to watch class through the viewing windows in the foyer.
Parents are not permitted inside the studio unless.
YOU MUST BOOK IN ADVANCE
We only permit students into the studio if they have booked into a term of classes, or a sample pack. Students are not permitted inside the studio if they have not registered with staff in advance.
To avoid disappointment, please pre-book your classes.
