INVOICES
Fees are invoiced at the start of each Semester. Fee payment is due within the first 4 weeks, will incur a late fee. Fees are inclusive of GST. There are no refunds on fees due to absences.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Fees can be paid via direct debit, bank transfer or debit/credit card paym,ent.
PAYMENT PLAN
For flexibility we offer fortnightly payment plans via direct debit. For more information email admin@rockitpa.com.au
ADDITIONAL FEES
- There is an $85 enrolment fee per semester which covers enrolment, insurance, April workshops and a contribution toward the mid-year or end of year concert (including a medal). Non-refundable.
- There is a costume fee per class for the end of year concert. This ranges from $55 to $100. Non-refundable.
SPORTS VOUCHER
You can claim up to $200 per calendar year via the government sports vouchers. Go to 2026-Sports-Voucher-Plus-Voucher-Form.pdf to claim your voucher. Fill in the information and email to admin@rockitpa.com.au
NDIS PAYMENT
Rockit can provide a receipt of payment for families wishing to claim NDIS fees.
MAKE UP CLASS POLICY
1. Missed Classes Due to Illness, Events or Holidays: If a student misses a class due to family illness, events or holiday commitments, Rockit is unable to offer make-up sessions. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our class schedules and to ensure that all students receive the full benefit of their enrolled classes.
2. Classes Cancelled by Rockit: In the event that Rockit Performing Arts cancels a class, we will provide options for make-up sessions. Parents will be notified of available dates and times to ensure that students can make up for the missed instruction.
3. Hot Weather Policy: 33 degrees Celsius and above - STUDIO CLOSED: All classes and services operating from the studio will be cancelled. Students are permitted to attend make-up classes (within their same age range) on another day. There will be no reimbursement of fees for class cancellations due to heat, as this policy is in place to ensure the safety of everyone, including students, staff, and families.
UNIFORMS
Students wear a black Rockit t-shirt with plain black leggings, shorts or pants.
T-shirts can be purchased Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm.
Crop tops and booty shorts are not permitted in the studio.
SHOES
Students must wear appropriate dance shoes - ballet (ballet shoes), hip hop (white high top sneakers), lyrical (half soles or bare feet), contemporary (half soles or socks), acro (bare feet), tap (tan tap shoes), heels (black thick heel boots), jazz (black jazz shoes), Pockit Rockits (bare feet).
WHAT TO BRING
Students must bring a bottle of water to each class.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes early to class so you can find our location, secure a car park then come into the foyer to get familiar with the studio. Once you have arrived, please wait in the foyer. At the time your class starts, the teacher will come into the foyer and call you/your child into the studio.
CAN PARENTS STAY?
Parents are more than welcome to watch class through the viewing windows in the foyer.
Parents are not permitted inside the studio unless.
YOU MUST BOOK IN ADVANCE
We only permit students into the studio if they have booked into a term of classes, or a sample pack. Students are not permitted inside the studio if they have not registered with staff in advance.
To avoid disappointment, please pre-book your classes.
